What Are False Neutrals?

A false neutral happens when the transmission fails to properly engage between gears, often from 4th to 5th or 5th to 6th. This leaves you momentarily without drive or engine braking – potentially dangerous, especially in corners.

This gear shift support significantly reduces the chances of hitting a false neutral by stabilising the gear shaft and improving the responsiveness of the gear linkage.
