For Buyers in the UK: You can return most items within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

For International Buyers: You can return most items within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, earrings, in-ear headphones, microphones and intimate items (e.g., underwear), are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
