Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

For eligible online orders, cancellation must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by return of the goods within a further 14 days.

Returned goods must be complete and include all parts, accessories, instructions and other items supplied with the order, together with the original packaging where applicable.

Goods and packaging should be returned in their original condition, subject only to handling reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Where packaging, labels or other supplied materials are relevant, these should also be returned.

Return Postage

Free return postage is available only to UK mainland delivery addresses, unless otherwise agreed by us.

UK mainland excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly and other offshore or remote locations.

For eligible UK mainland returns, a free return label will normally be provided.

For addresses outside UK mainland, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage, unless we have agreed otherwise. Where we provide a return label or arrange a tracked return service, the actual return postage cost may be deducted from the refund, up to a maximum of £10, where legally permissible.

Where a specific tracked return service is required or agreed, this will be confirmed to the customer before the return is made.

Return postage will be provided at our expense where required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds will be made within the period required by law and normally using the original payment method. Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the standard delivery service originally paid, but not any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service.

We do not offer exchanges as a voluntary returns option. Eligible returns will be refunded.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UK law.

This policy is subject to applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
